Application Characteristics

 

AUSINOX PA-2789 is an Additive Antioxidant Specially recommended in PA Compounding, Regenerating, etc.

 

The antioxidant Effect offered by the AUSINOX PA-2789 :

 

• Avoids the Yellowness Formation, ensuring the natural Colour

 

• Maintains the mechanical Characteristics  Also in PA Hand-Made submitted To continuative Heat Process

 

The best Performances of AUSINOX PA-2789 Are offered In the most critical Situations, Where the Yellowness Formation is typical of these Compounds, As :

 

• Regeneration of PA-6.6

 

• Compounding or Regeneration of PA-6.6 / Glass Fibers reinforced.

 

In every situation, the natural colour of the Polyamides is assured and preserved.

 

Addition Levels

 

The recommended dosages are as follows :

 

• 0,50 – 0,60    %   in PA-6
• 0,60 – 0,80    %   in PA-6 / Glass Fibers
• 0,60 – 0,70    %   in PA-6.6
• 0,70  - 0,80   %   in PA-6.6 / Glass Fibers

 

NOTE – Avoid the Employ of the AUSINOX PA-2789 with the thermal Stabilizers based on  Cu J or in Compounds yet added With Cu J, or in PA Compounds Flame-retarded With Bromine Derivatives in  Order to Avoid  undesirable Formation of  Colorations (Violet, Brown, etc.).
