Application Characteristics

 

AUSINYL M/DN is an Additive Wich When compounded into Polyamides Dramatically Affects the Cristallization Rate.

 

AUSINYL M/DN is a complete Sytem (nucleating and Mold Release Agent).

 

No others Additives are needed For Having :

 

• a short cycle Times
• a good mold Filling
• a strong Mold-Release
• a good Flow of the melted PA
• an important dimensional Stability of injected Articles.

 

Thanks to the physical Form, AUSINYL M/DN Permits :

 

• a very easy Addittivation
• the Dosage of a sole Product
• a lower Possibility of Mistakes
• to Obtain Granules not greasy,, not dusty, free flowing, transportable by pneumatic Systems, Without Obstruction of Filters, Wind-Cones, etc.

 

Addition Levels

 

The recommended Addition Levels Are As Follows :

 

• 0,5 %~0.6% in the  PA-6.6
• 0.6 %~0.8% in the PA-6

 

Higher Dosages (till 3 %) could be employed Without Contra-Indications.
